Esther Stringer

Esther designs and manages all BCM‘s research and data analysis projects. Following her degree in Astrophysics she applied her statistical and analytical skills to forge her career in Customer Insight, Research and User Experience Design for large corporations, before joining Border Crossing Media in 2009.

Esther works closely with her clients to capture their objectives, map their requirements and designs research plans to discover usable insights throughout a project. Her empathy, attention to detail and passion for good user experience are vital to making BCM’s Clients understand what matters most to their customers. Esther’s other hat is to make sure that the operations of Border Crossing Media run smoothly so that all their Clients get a great experience of working with them.

She has a certificate in Market and Social Research from the Market Research Society (MRS) and sat on their Scottish Committee where she was secretary for 2011/12. Esther was nominated by The Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce for Young Business Person of the Year 2014 and is currently Secretary for the Board of Trustees for The Smart Play Network.
