Esther Stringer

Esther is Managing Director, and Research Lead, at Border Crossing UX. She is passionate about creating environments and processes that stimulate organisations to think progressively and balance the competing needs of people, planet, and profit. A specialist in UX strategy, user research, service design, design thinking and facilitation, Esther helps organisations deliver inclusive, sustainable experiences that matter.

Esther has worked with over 60 clients across 15 sectors, including The Scottish Government, NHS Scotland, CGI, BBC, and the National Galleries of Scotland. For over 15 years, Esther and the team at Border Crossing UX have taken a user-centred approach to continuously improve how organisations apply technology and interact with people across physical and digital environments.
