Your QR code will be sent shortly before the event via email, and you’ll be able to print your badge on the day at the EICC.

Everyone who has registered will be emailed a QR code around 1-2 weeks before the event that enables you to print your badge on the day at the EICC. You QR code can also be found in the event app. If you booked recently, this may take up to 48 hours to come through / show. If still haven’t received your QR code close to the event, don’t worry, you can print your badge on the day another way, or you can email us on events@digit.fyi

Up until now there has been no national expo designed for the IT & Digital buyer. In a country now boasting a £9 billion IT & Digital consumption market, DIGIT Expo is Scotland’s biggest annual enterprise tech event.

Due to data protection laws, you cannot register a colleague on their behalf, but you can invite them using your Gleanin link (found on the thanks page or email confirmation) to register for the event using the link https://digit-expo.com/register/

Although DIGIT Expo is free, we will still urge our customers to cancel if they are unable to attend as there are limited places available. To cancel your ticket, see the link at the bottom of our emails.

All tickets include: access to the venue, all keynote sessions and seminars, exhibition area, and the free event app.

DIGIT Expo will be held at Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC). The venue is ideally located near two railway stations: 0.4mi from Haymarket Station and 1.3mi from Waverley Station. Edinburgh’s main bus station is also located at 1.3mi from EICC, with bus connections stretching right across the UK. Alternatively, the venue can be reached by car, with National Car Parks (NCP) located just 150m from EICC. For delegates coming from further away, Edinburgh International Airport is located only 6mi from EICC.

Yes. There will be food points selling meals, hot drinks and refreshments across our venue throughout the day.

DIGIT Expo will open its doors at 8:30am, with the first speakers beginning at 9:15am. Please, allow plenty of time to accommodate for your travel arrangements, explore our extensive exhibition area and connect with peers and colleagues before the talks begin.

DIGIT Expo is a fully live, in-person event.

Yes. Delegates will have access to a free event app, granting access to the venue map, speakers, agenda and all you need to know about DIGIT Expo. Simply search for DIGIT Events on the app store and find DIGIT Expo to login with the email address your registered with. Please note this will not be available to Login until around 1 week before the event and may not be up-to-date until close to event day.
