Abi Reynolds is a Senior Research Strategist at Microsoft, working with enterprise customers to explore how AI can transform work, services and experiences. With 20 years’ experience in UX and design research across financial services, technology and consultancy, she helps organisations understand human needs and translate insight into better experiences.
Working at the intersection of UX research, strategy and AI, Abi is particularly interested in human-AI collaboration: how organisations can move beyond simply introducing AI to intentionally designing how humans and AI work together, making the most of AI’s capabilities while keeping human judgement and connection at the core.
